The room: standard. Clean.
The location: not great unless you want easy driving out of town. About a 10 minute walk to anything but the mall.
the breakfast buffet: best we had.
The staff: rude. uncaring. lazy. I've never had such bad service consistently at a hotel. We had about 5 different bad experiences there in 2 days. Eg: we left the DO NOT DISTURB on our door, but the maid came and cleaned anyway. Evidently broke my boyfriend's razor and just left it. Went we told the desk, they didn't apologize for anything, and then basically said, "why are you telling me? You want a razor? I have a razor." Our tv remote didn't work and they made us come downstairs to trade it. And on and on. Crazy lack of customer service skills. And that was the ONLY negative experience we had in 10 days of travel.

Don't fall for the free drink for no maid service option! It's a soft drink. Otherwise, nice location (if you like being near the train)!
